Staff who are eligible to utilise Positive Energy will sign in via Single Sign On. If you are not able to sign into Positive Energy and you believe you should be able to, please contact support@goodcompany.org.
When you first log in you will need to agree to the terms and conditions by checking the tick box and then select register.

NON SSO - How do I register?

As our company uses pre-fill. Click (INSERT LINK) to register. Enter your Username/Employee ID or Work Email on this form and select sign in.

The form will auto populate with your relevant work details. You will need to enter and confirm a password to use the site. The password must be eight characters, containing one capital letter and one number.

Before you submit the form, you will need to agree to the terms and conditions by checking the tick box and then select register in the bottom right hand corner.

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, select Forgot your password on the login page. Then enter your email address and select Submit.

You will receive an email which will allow you to reset your password.

My Employee ID doesn't work. What should I do?

Please check your Employee ID is correct on the Corporate Directory.

The Positive Energy program is only available to permanent and block time employees. Unfortunately, contractors and consultants are unable to access the program at this time.

I'm a new employee. When will my Employee ID be loaded onto the website?

New Employee IDs are added to Positive Energy daily/weekly or monthly. If your Employee ID is not on the Positive Energy website, please email the support team support@goodcompany.org 

I'm leaving the company. How do I remove my details from Positive Energy?

Your donations and personal details will be automatically be removed once you cease being paid by Beon, Citipower, Powercor, United Energy.
